To round off the evening the musician and composer Laraaji proposes a session of relaxation and deep listening with meditation through laughter and participant involvement, to the sound of a sitar. Laraaji has a longstanding interest in oriental mysticism, and views music as a form of sonic experimentation, certainly, but above all as a way to create an ambient setting, accompanied by a desire for transcendence that transports music beyond the futility of everyday worries on a quest towards the essential, towards a way of living in which meditation is a decisive vehicle.
